PISTACHIO ROSE CHOCOLATE BARK

Prep Time: 10 minutes & 20 minutes

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

• 250 g dark chocolate
• ½ tsp Kawartha Spice Coffee & Dessert Rose Sprinkle, or to taste
• Chopped pistachios, shredded unsweetened coconut, organic rose petals

Method:

1. Melt chocolate in a double-boiler, or microwave.
2. Pour out onto a parchment lined baking tray, smoothing out.
3. Sprinkle with pistachios, coconut, and rose petals.
4. Refrigerate 20 minutes to set.
