Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 2-3 hours in freezer
Makes: 2 cups
Ingredients:
- ½ tsp Kawartha Spice Pear Cider Rim
- 2 tsp lemon zest, for garnish
Method:
- Boil water, sugar, and Kawartha Spice Pear Cider Rim until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
- Once cool, add lemon juice.
- Strain into a shallow container, and let cool to room temperature.
- Freeze 1 hour, then stir through with a fork. Freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Stir through before serving, and garnish with lemon zest.
