Serves: 4-6
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 racks of ribs, or 4-6 lamb or pork chops
- 4-6 Tbsp Kawartha Spice Mesquite Dry Rub
METHOD:
- Score the meat, rub in EVO as a binder.
- Season with Kawartha Spice Mesquite Dry Rub. Add salt to taste.
- Allow meat to marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Slow bbq at 200 F for 2-4 hours.
For a more smoky flavour, use mesquite wood chips in your smoker.
