Prep Time: overnight & 1 hour
Makes: 2 cups
Ingredients:
- 225g soft tofu, pressed
- 1/3 c. cashews, soaked overnight
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt, to taste
- 2 Tbsp Kawartha Spice Chips & Veg Dip Mix
Method:
- Soak cashews overnight, if possible. The longer they soak, the smoother the mix will be.
- Blend all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
