Prep Time: 10 minutes & overnight
- 2/3 c. milk, or non-dairy alternative
Apple Spice Cashew Butter Swirl
- 2 Tbsp milk, or non-dairy alternative
- ½ tsp Kawartha Spice Apple Spice
Preheat oven to 350 F
- Roast cashews until browned, 8-10 minutes.
- Blitz in a food processor. Mix will appear crumbly, then sticky, and eventually whip into a creamy texture. Add oil (vegetable, coconut) if it appears too dry.
- Combine oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir together cashew butter swirl ingredients.
- To assemble, top oatmeal with Apple Spice cashew butter and swirl through.
