INGREDIENTS:
CHIPS & VEG DIP MIX
- 3 Tbsp Kawartha Spice Chip & Veg Dip Spice
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 425 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a fork to create holes into the potatoes. Place on the baking sheet, rub with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the skin is crisp.
- Slice open each potato. Use fork to loosen potatoes and top with Chips & Veg Dip Mix, and chives.
CHIPS & VEG DIP MIX:
- Mix Kawartha Spice Chip & Veg Dip Spice, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice.
- Refrigerate dip until ready to serve.
- Use as a topping for baked potatoes.
