LEMON FISH BAKED IN PARCHMENTJuly 27, 2022
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: refrigerate overnight
- 3 ½ tsp loose black tea leaves, or 2 tea bags
- 3 ½ tsp Kawartha Spice Iced Tea Spice
- Vanilla sugar, or other sweetener, to taste.
- Lemon slices and mint for garnish
- Add tea and Kawartha Spice Iced Tea Spice to water and lemon juice.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Strain, and sweeten to taste.
- Pour over lemon slices, and garnish with mint sprigs.
