● 2 to 3 oz. Ogham Cider Eau-de-vie
● 1 oz. Aperol
● 2 to 3 oz. Prosecco
● 1 oz. club soda
● apple wedges for garnish
● Kawartha Spice Co Apple Cider Rim
1.Mix ice, Cider Eau-de-vie, Aperol, Prosecco, Club Soda in a Cocktail shaker.
2. Shake well.
3. Rim glass with Apple Cider Rim, fill with cocktail. Garnish with apple wedges.
